Janice Pascucci focuses her practice primarily in real estate transactions, estate planning, probate matters, corporate law, commercial leasing and banking law. She represents several large and small corporations in business and transactional matters, as well as numerous lending institutions in residential and commercial transactions, including real estate closings, work-outs and foreclosures. She regularly works with buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders in a variety of real estate transactions. She has also represented developers and contractors in subdivision and condominium projects. Her estate planning practice includes advising individuals, families and businesses to customize the most appropriate succession plan for each individual client's needs. Janice is a graduate of Suffolk University (B.A., 1978), and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1985).
